Bayview Park Development
The park will span 3,725 m², slightly smaller than a junior soccer field, and will be located at the northeast corner of the property. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2027, with the park opening in 2028. This initiative reflects a commitment to creating community-driven spaces that enhance the neighborhood’s livability.
North Block Construction
Bayview Village’s North Block redevelopment is moving forward with significant milestones. In September 2025, a crane was installed to begin work on the new residential towers. The project includes a 21-storey tower and two 8-storey mid-rises, designed by Giannone Petricone Associates and Turner Fleischer Architects.
